Per-tenant isolation
Each farm's data is kept separate at the database level. One tenant can never see another's records — isolation is enforced by the system, not just by application code.
Role-based access control
Owners, managers, supervisors and clerks each see only what their role allows. Sensitive actions — posting to the books, running payroll, changing roles — sit behind explicit permissions and approval workflows.
Full audit trail
Every create, edit and delete is recorded — who did it, what changed and when — across every record. Financial entries are immutable once posted, so your books stay trustworthy.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS and HSTS; your data is encrypted in storage. The public site and the app load only first-party resources under a strict Content-Security-Policy.
Least-privilege by design
The application runs against the database as a restricted role that cannot delete financial records or alter the schema. A compromised component can do far less than in a typical setup.
Multi-factor authentication
Accounts can be protected with an authenticator app and recovery codes, so a leaked password alone is not enough to get in.
Independent security testing
The platform is penetration-tested against tenant isolation, access control, money-handling bounds and common web attacks — and re-tested as it changes.
