Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident starting with Koklo Nya. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are new to a paid Koklo Nya plan, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that first payment, for any reason. Just email hello@koklonya.com from the address on your account, or contact us from inside the app, within the 14 days. We will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.
After the first 14 days
Once the 14-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partly used periods. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges — see below. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first paid subscription; it does not reset on renewals or apply to later plan changes.
Monthly and annual plans
Both monthly and annual plans are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, measured from your first payment. Renewal payments (the start of a new monthly or annual period) are not separately refundable, so if you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the app, or by emailing hello@koklonya.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We recommend using Export your data (Settings → Security → Data & privacy) before your access ends. Deleting your account or farm is described in our account-deletion guide.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — for example the card or mobile-money account (such as MTN MoMo) used for the purchase. The time to appear depends on your bank or mobile-money provider, typically a few business days. Any provider fees are handled in line with that provider's terms.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where an account has breached our Terms of Service (for example fraud or abuse) or where a refund is requested for a period outside the terms above. Custom or enterprise agreements may set their own commercial terms, which prevail over this policy where they differ.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of Ghana. If those laws give you a stronger right to a refund in a particular case, that right applies.
